Background:
In order to provide the District with the highest quality of service and availability for SchoolMAX during Finals Week and the End of Year (EOY) processes, the following key dates are being provided to allow advance notice for planning purposes:

iParent - Disabled 7:00 am, Monday May 21 until 7:00 am Monday June 4, 2007

Disabling iParent during Finals Week has proven to alleviate performance issues associated with the EOY activities.

Action:
Do not attempt to access I-Parent during this time period–it will be unavailable. iParent will be enabled again at 7:00am, Monday, June 4, 2007.

Yes, we had a bit of what I like to call an “event” during fourth period today. Remember: cleaning supplies and electrical panels do not mix. So we missed class today waiting for someone to reset the fire alarm. No test? Yeah, right.

Here’s how it affects the fourth period folks:

1. I gave you the chapter 30-31 take home test and scantrons before you left today, just like 3rd period.
2. I gave you back your chapter 27 & 29 homework packets so you can study for the test on Monday.
3. Yes, I said the test will be Monday.
4. The take-home test is due Monday at the tardy bell.
5. Your homework packet for ch 27 & 29 is due Monday at the tardy bell too.

Third period:
You already have the take-home test, so turn it in Monday as planned (just as 4th period will be doing).

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING PROM, PLEASE LISTEN TO THE FOLLOWING-
Wednesday, 2/28, will be the last day we will collect class dues. We will be set-up in the commons at 7:45am and will be there until 8:20am collecting your money. If you are unsure of how much you owe, please see your advisement teacher or one of your class sponsors. This will also be your last chance to purchase a date ticket. The cost of a date ticket is $100, cash only. If you are bringing a 9th or 10th grader as a date, they must have their dues paid in full. (9th grade=$30, 10th grade=$60)
There will be NO other opportunites for you to pay your class dues or purchase a date ticket for prom, please plan accordingly!!
